How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours and should be received within 10-12 business days, most often sooner. All orders are shipped via UPS.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. Charges on credit cards will appear as Solar Light Express.
What do I do if I need to return an item?
Please contact customer service before returning products, we need to make sure that it is returned to the right address. We have a number of different suppliers and we need to make sure it gets returned to the right one. If the item goes to the wrong place you may not get the refund you are entitled to.
How many hours do solar lights stay on?
On a full charge the solar lights will stay on 8-10 hours. Make sure the solar light panel will be in the sun most of the day, otherwise it will not charge enough to work well at night. The more sunlight the panels receive during the day the longer the lights will stay on at night.
What advantages does solar power have?
Solar lighting is easy to install and require no wiring or electricity. They cost nothing to operate saving you money on your electric bill and they keep working even when your power isn't.
Why are the NiMH batteries more expensive than the NiCD batteries, what's the difference?
NiMH rechargeable batteries can last 2-4 times longer than alkaline throwaway batteries or NiCd rechargeable batteries.
