Terms and Conditions
It is the customer’s responsibility to read the terms and conditions carefully before placing orders.
ORDERING:
  • Cancel Order: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Orders must be cancelled by calling customer service or sending an email to customer service.
  • Note: Incomplete information (i.e. missing ship to address, no telephone number, no credit card number) will not be processed.


PRICING/PRODUCT CHANGES:

·         All of our prices are in U.S. dollars. Products are subject to cancellation without notice, and all product sizes and weights are approximate. We reserve the right to make our corrections if there are printing errors.
       All orders are shipped via UPS.


 TERMS:

  • Method of Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Checks and Money orders.
  • A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks or insufficient funds.
  • No C.O.D. orders accepted .
  • All charges will appear as Solar Light Express.
  • Orders that are paid with checks will not be shipped until the check has been cleared for payment.

       
RETURN:

·         Return: Accepted only with prior authorization. Please call or write explaining the reason for return. Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. A restocking charge of 20% will apply, if returned without authorization. If items are returned to wrong supplier, you may not get the credit you are entitled to.
